“Typical per-site tool” assumes $6 per site per month, a common rate for WordPress security plugins. Your staging and development sites would usually be billed on top of that. With WooSecure they aren't billed at all.

Staging sites don't count
The forgotten staging copy holding real customer data is one of the most common ways stores leak. Charging extra to protect it would be a strange thing to do.

The obvious questions
Does $99 really cover unlimited stores?
Yes. One licence, $99 a year, every WooCommerce and WordPress site you own. Production, staging, development, and the one you forgot about. There's no site count, no overage bill and no upgrade prompt waiting at some threshold.
Why is it this cheap when everyone else charges per site?
Because our costs don't scale the way theirs do. A traditional security plugin runs a firewall and a malware scanner against every request to every site, so each site you add genuinely costs them more to serve. WooSecure is an access gateway sitting on the admin layer — it never touches storefront traffic. Protecting your fiftieth store costs us close to nothing, so charging you fifty times felt hard to justify.
Is there a monthly option?
No, and that's deliberate. A single annual payment is what keeps the price at $99 rather than $249 — at an $8.25 monthly equivalent, card processing and billing admin would eat a meaningful slice of it. One payment, one renewal, no subscription to babysit.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Install WooSecure and protect your stores without entering a card. If it isn't right for you, uninstall it — nothing is charged and there's nothing to cancel.
I'm an agency. Does this cover my clients' stores?
If the sites are managed under your account, yes — one $99 licence covers your whole client portfolio. A lot of agencies bill this on to clients as a monthly security line item, which makes the margin fairly obvious. See the partner page for how that works.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel any time from the panel in two clicks. Your licence runs to the end of the year you've paid for. No cancellation fee, no retention call, no exit process.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. If you need to pay by bank transfer against an invoice, or you need a purchase order, get in touch and we'll sort it.
What happens if I don't renew?
Protection is disabled and your sites return to the normal WordPress login. Your stores keep running and keep taking orders — we will never hold a site hostage. Your activity log history stays available for 30 days.
